With this week set to be one of the windiest on record, save your possessions from potential damage by getting prepared. Remember to put flower pots and garden gnomes in the shed if you have one or our of the wind. Many even let them into the hall for a day or two if they’re treasured. Dismantle your trampolines as those can really fly if not weighed down and potentially damage not only themselves but your home or those of neighbours if they move a lot. Store garden furniture inside or tie it together in some way and try to manoeuvre bins, barbecues, children’s toys, bikes, lawnmowers and anything else that’s at risk of being knocked over in stormy weather somewhere out of the way.
We hope you don’t suffer any damage to your home but we’re here to protect you if you do.
